Vincent F. Ricciardi is a lifelong resident of Worcester County, and is an active member of the Worcester community. An avid runner, Attorney Ricciardi coaches track and cross country at Worcester Academy. He graduated from Sacred Heart Academy (1970) and went on to receive his Bachelor of Science from Holy Cross (1974). He then obtained a masters degree in public administration from Suffolk University (1976) and a Juris Doctor from New England School of Law (1980). While in law school, Attorney Ricciardi worked as a student prosecutor in the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office. Once he graduated from law school, he continued to work at the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney for 10 years. Attorney Ricciardi went into private practice in 1989 and has been dedicated to representing the rights of those accused ever since. He opened Ricciardi Law Offices in 1989, changing the name to Ricciardi & Ricciardi when his daughter, Jennifer Ricciardi Currie joined his practice in 2007. Recognized by his peers as an expert on defending drug crimes, he has been a guest lecturer for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education on search and seizure law as it relates to zealously defending Drug Crimes.
Attorney Ricciardi’s criminal defense practice includes representing adults accused of all crimes in District Court, Superior Court, and Federal Court including drug possession and distribution, drug trafficking and conspiracy, gun possession, operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, breaking and entering, larceny, rape, attempted murder, murder and white collar crimes.
Attorney Ricciardi’s personal injury practice includes representing individuals in District and Superior Court who are involved in motor vehicle accidents including pedestrians and bicyclists, slip/trip and fall victims, and individuals who are injured on construction sites. As a trial attorney who dedicates 100% of his practice to litigation, Attorney Ricciardi is in court every day advocating on behalf of his clients.

Jennifer T. Ricciardi Currie, Esq.

Jennifer T. Ricciardi Currie is a life-long resident of Worcester County, where she remains active in numerous community organizations and activities. She is a graduate of The Bromfield School (Harvard) and received a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College (2003). She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School (2007). Jennifer has dedicated her entire legal career to vigorously defending the rights of the accused and advocating for those injured.

She also represents adults accused of crimes in District Court including drug possession and distribution, operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, motor vehicle offenses, assault and battery, breaking and entering, receiving stolen property, larceny, and forgery. Her personal injury practice includes representing individuals in District and Superior Court who are involved in motor vehicle accidents including pedestrians and bicyclists, slip/trip and fall victims, and individuals who are injured on construction sites.
